Overview
The UNPP offers a gateway for organizations to collaborate and engage in impactful projects. This overview outlines the step-by-step process to register your organization on UNPP, enabling you to participate in various partnership opportunities.
The objective is to register Partner organization on UNPP by providing the necessary information and creating an account. Please note that INGO country offices cannot register directly; INGO HQ offices must register first and create subsidiary country office accounts after signing into into UNPP

Assumptions / Prerequisites

- Registration Document Upload: Organizations are required to upload at least one of the requested legal documents ( Registration Document )
- Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement: Organizations must agree to the terms of use and privacy policy before completing the registration, ensuring they understand their responsibilities when using the UNPP.
- Email Verification: The assumption is that organizations can receive the verification code via email to verify their email address during the registration process.
- Note: Please note INGO country offices cannot register offices directly. INGO HQ offices must first register and create subsidiary country office accounts.

Accessing the UN Partner Portal

- Launch the UN Partner Portal and click on the “Register” button on the top of the page.
Registration Page:
After clicking "Register," the system will redirect you to the registration page. Proceed by clicking on the "REGISTER TODAY" button to continue.
- Enter your email address and click on the "Next" button.
- Confirm your registration by clicking "Yes, I understand" and then "REGISTER" to proceed.

You will be redirected to the Registration Page, where you will need to provide the following information:
- Display Name
- Email Address
- Verification code (received in your email inbox)
- Given Name
- Surname
- After entering the details, click on the "Continue" button.
First Access and Access Request:
- Create a CSO partner profile to proceed if you are a National NGO
- For INGO (International Non-Governmental Organization) country offices, note that registration should be done through INGO HQ offices, which will then create subsidiary country office accounts.

Note: Fill in all information required. Only the Alias and Acronym questions are optional. If some fields are not completed, you will not be allowed to continue your registration process.
Select type of organization
- Click on one of the options provided. If you are an Academic institution, a CBO, or an NGO, click on the Continue button as a next step.
- If you are an INGO or part of the Red Cross Movement, see next step.
If your organization is an International NGO, or part of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement, please indicate if you work for a country office or for Headquarters.
If you would like to register as a country office, the following pop-up message will appear.
Enter basic identification information.
Fill in all the information required. Only the Alias and Acronym questions are optional. If some fields are not completed, you will not be allowed to continue your registration process.
Provide details on Legal Status
Each organization needs to upload at least one of the documents requested. You will not be able to continue the registration process otherwise.
Fill Partner Declaration
An organization whose declaration does not align with the core values statements cannot continue to register on the portal.

Terms of use and privacy Policy
The welcome window pops up, and when you click on the "Complete Profile" button, the system redirects you to the Profile page. Alternatively, if you click on "View CFEI," the system shows the "Partnership Opportunities."
