Overview
The UN Partner Portal Dashboard provides access to various features. Follow these steps to navigate the portal effectively.
Why is this functionality required?
Accessing opportunities, managing applications, keeping profiles updated, receiving notifications, and obtaining support. It ensures effective partnership engagement, timely information, and efficient management.

Positive Flow
- Dashboard Page Navigation:
- Click "Dashboard" to return to the main dashboard page. This provides essential information. See below for dashboard details.
- Partnership Opportunities:
- Clicking on 'Partnership Opportunities' takes users to a page listing partnership opportunities.
- 'Call for Expression of Interests' (CFEI) is a mechanism for civil society organizations (CSOs) to apply to UN agencies when their expertise aligns with the needs outlined in the call.
- Your Applications: Click to view applications submitted to UN agencies. Find Call for EOI applications, Unsolicited Concept Notes, and Direct Selections.
- Profile: Click to view/edit your organization's profile. A complete profile is essential for partnership opportunities.
- Resource Library: Access user support guides by clicking "Resource Library." External site for Civil Society Partner resources.
- Subscriptions: Clicking on Subscription, navigates the user to subscription page where users can opt to receive updates about published CFEIs from selected channels.
- FAQ: FAQ stands for "Frequently Asked Questions." It is a compilation of commonly asked questions along with their corresponding answers
- Learning Platform:
- Number of New Calls For Expressions of Interest: Displays new CFEIs by sector. Click "View all" for full CFEI list.
- Number of Applications Submitted by Agency: View submitted applications count for each agency.
- Number of Pinned Calls for Expression of Interest: Shows "Pinned" CFEI count for later review. Click "View All" for details.
- Notifications Menu/Icon on the header: Click the bell icon to view notifications. Stay informed via email and portal about necessary actions.
- Profile (Top Right Corner): Clicking on the profile icon enables users to view their profile information.
- List of Pending Offers Displays received partnership offers. Click "View All" for details.
- Last Profile Update: Displays most recent profile update date. Keep it updated for assessment.
- List of Submitted Applications: Displays submitted applications. Adjust display settings using "Rows per page" and navigate pages using arrows.
- List of Pending Offers: Displays pending action applications selected for partnership. Automatically updates after decision.
- Toggle Between Organizations And Access User Management: Allows switching between country office and HQ profiles. Manage users with User Management feature.
- Help: Click green help icon to submit helpdesk requests. Receive assistance within 24-48 hours.
- Ask Rafiki:
- Clicking the chatbot icon enables users to submit requests to the helpdesk.
