Welcome to the User Guide for updating the Partner Declaration Form in the United Nations Partner Portal (UNPP). This guide will walk you through the process of updating your Partner Declaration Form to ensure your partnership is officially recognized and to access the associated benefits and resources. Please note this is applicable only to users who registered into UNPP prior to May 2023.
- As an existing partner of the United Nations, you can update your Partner Declaration Form to confirm and maintain your partnership status. The updated form captures essential information and ensures accurate representation of your partnership.
- Once logged into the UNPP, existing partners will be prompted to update their Partner Declaration Form as shown below
- The Partner Declaration Form includes options to review and confirm your existing partnership agreement.
- You can click on language Icon to change the language as shown below
- Carefully review the information and select to confirm
- After confirming, use the submission button to complete the declaration as shown below:
- Your updated status will be reflected in the application
- Your profile and partner declaration information will be updated in the UNPP.
- If needed, review your profile and partner declaration by clicking the provided link in the profile under ‘Other Information’
- Please Note: Only Administrators have permissions to accept the Partner Declaration Form for a National NGO whereas Only HQ admin have permissions to accept Partner Declaration form for an International NGO
- Once an administrator accepts the form, it won't be displayed to other users of the same organization.
- If you select "No" on the form, your organization won't be eligible for partnership.
- You won't be able to navigate within the UNPP until you accept the declaration.
- Non-administrator users logging into the UNPP will receive a message to contact their administrator to update the Partner Declaration Form.
